I'm back up here. I've been on hiatus from Deviant Art for quite some time. One big change - I will be doing commissions now, but only ink work. If you are needing help inking your sketches in Photoshop, let me know. I will be posting more specifics about this, so be on the look out for it. I will also try and showcase some line art I've done myself.
Also, I'm still an Academy of Art University student for those of you who are still wondering. It is the life of a part time student, one which seems to go on forever being a student. However, I love learning, and I love being challenged. This semester I'm taking on the challenges of creating art assets for a fictitious mobile app game, and learning the ins and outs of writing prose for short stories.

A new semester is about to start. Battle Club Destiny has become Battle Knights Destiny and will get a some what Akihiko Yoshida make over to some degree. I'm still in the process of making some production art, but the design is the most important part of the process right now and is nearing completion. It's so hard to get things done when you have to work most of the day. This is a disappointment that I could not get much done during the summer. But, progress is always good and I'm very excited about the game. Unfortunately, it will be put on hold and I will be back to the grind stone at the Academy of Art University. I will be trying
Something's Brewing in the Pot
So I've been working on a game project for quite some time now, and seeing as how I'm not a programmer I've had to make it with out those alluding skills. I've even recruited a minion to help with this amazing plan. So be on the look out for updates on my blog or here. Otaku Club
I've been thinking about getting involved with the Japanese anime and gaming industries. It's my goal to work in this arena whether here state side or in Japan. I'm currently wanting to get involved in the business side of the industry, learn Japanese, and be apart of the creative process. However, looking around here in Colorado, there... well isn't much. There is the NDK convention, Anime Wasabi convention, but other than some dealers coming to town there isn't much to offer. Tokyo Street Pirates
I have been working on a video game concept for a 2D side scroller fighter. It's just a project for a game design class to storyboard a game level concept. I think I like pre-production the most in game design. I will be getting the art up here pretty soon that I've been working on. It's about a 60 panel storyboard so it's taking quite a lot of art work.
